Make your event unforgettable by hosting it at gallery43. Event rental gives you exclusive access to 1400 square feet of gallery space, our catering prep area, and our covered patio.

Rental rates are as follows:

  • Monday - Friday, before 4pm: $300 (includes 3 hours*)
  • Monday - Thursday, after 4pm: $800 (includes 4 hours*)
  • Friday after 4pm: $1250 (includes 5 hours*)
  • Saturday before 4pm: $800 (includes 4 hours*)
  • Saturday after 4pm: $1500 (includes 5 hours*)
  • Sunday: $600 (includes 4 hours*)

*Note: this should include all set up and tear-down time. Additional hours may be purchased if desired. A $125 cleaning fee will be charged for any event with more than 10 people.

We are happy to host a wide variety of events, including cocktail parties, launch parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, wedding, receptions, fundraisers... the list is only limited by your imagination. Below you will find information on most of the questions you might have. Please feel free to reach out if you have additional questions. 

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I FIT IN THE GALLERY?

This varies depending upon the type of event you intend to host. We can comfortably accommodate 150 people for a standing/cocktail reception. For a seated dinner, we can accommodate 100 people. Please discuss your needs with our event manager to determine the best space plan for your event. VIEW FLOOR PLAN

CAN I BRING MY OWN CATERER?

Yes. You are permitted to use a fully licensed and insured caterer of your choice. Please note: our kitchen is a prep area only. We have a refrigerator, sink, wine fridge and microwave. We do not have any warming ovens on-site.

CAN I SERVE ALCOHOL?

Yes. Please note, we require a licensed, insured bartender for any events in which alcohol is served to your guests. We also reserve the right to require a security guard for your event.

DO YOU HAVE TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR RENT?

The gallery has 5 60" round tables; 50 white, padded folding chairs; 3 6' buffet tables; and 3 hi-top tables available for you to use at no extra charge. Additional rental needs, including all linens, must be arranged through another vendor. To protect the artwork in the gallery, a gallery representative will handle all setup of tables and chairs. 

CAN I HANG MY OWN ART?

We do allow rentals for private art showings. Please inquire for more information.

WHERE DO MY GUESTS PARK?

There is ample free parking in the immediate area. Contact us for specific lots available for your guests.

I'M SOLD. HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis with receipt of signed rental agreement and full payment. Due to high demand, we are unable to hold dates. Payments are non-refundable, but are transferrable within 364 days of original date, pending availability. Please note: there are several dates reserved for gallery openings and events. Click here to view those dates.
